The Retail Initiative (TRI) Project
Throughout the TRI project, I worked collaboratively with peers and mentors in response to a brief given directly from Supré.
The TRI project involved research (using very various methodology/techniques) and data analysis of the current marketplace and consumer behaviour; which in-turn allowed us to better understand the core customers, businesses operations, marketing tools, product mix and product architecture of Supré and their competitors.
